The FOUNDER

CONSTANCE RHODES is the founder of the More Than a Number Campaign, and the CEO of FINDINGbalance, a Christian non-profit based in Franklin, TN since 2002. A former marketing director for SPARROW RECORDS, she has appeared on numerous television and radio programs, and shared stages with a variety of speakers and artists including Priscilla Shirer, Britt Nicole, George Barna and For King and Country.

Featuring a stellar lineup of speakers and artists, our time together will start with worship, and include some legit, kick-back conversation about how we can make a difference in the world by clinging to the truth that WHO WE ARE IN CHRIST IS ALREADY ENOUGH. We are partnering with Compassion International and a few other great causes — local and international — to help end HUNGER, HUMAN TRAFFICKING and other INJUSTICES that are possible to resolve when we are empowered to shift our resources and our value from temporary to eternal things. If you are passionate about reaching the members in your community in a non-territorial way with a fun, hopeful and empowering message of God's truth, we invite you to apply to be a site host for the ># tour.

Qualified site hosts have a shared financial investment (see sidebar), and are willing to contribute venue-specific support including A/V production, facilities usage, and on-site volunteers.

Our creative event team will work with you all along the way to ensure you have the tools you need to provide a stellar event at a very reasonable cost through our partnership together.

Amy’s battles with numbers started in highschool when her gymnastics coach suggested she lose five pounds to be faster on the uneven bars. Today, she’s a rockin’ nutritionist who is passionate about helping girls and women find freedom by “re-imagining” food and body image in the light of God’s truth. She’s also been praying over this event since it’s very inception. Amy has been married for 21 years and lives in Houston with her husband and four children.

As a teenager, Megan struggled with her own body image issues and disordered eating before finding freedom and entering the fields of nutrition and counseling. With the birth of her first child in 2007, Megan felt called to focus on equipping parents to help their children love the body God gave them. Megan’s life-long love for children’s books combined with her research, clinical background, and passion for the spread of God’s Word provides the base for each of her children’s books.
